About Us
Our company commenced its operations in Gaziantep in 2007 and has achieved steady growth on the path it embarked upon with the slogan “From Cotton to Yarn.”
In its early years, it secured a strong position in the sector through the trade of cotton waste, polyester waste, yarn, and cotton-polyester waste cleaning (recycling) activities, building a solid capital structure and valuable experience through strategic commercial moves.
Leveraging the expertise and financial strength gained in the industry, we took the decision in 2019 to invest in establishing a modern, high-capacity open-end yarn production facility and a recycled textile fibers plant.
Within this scope, we completed our factories in the Kilis Organized Industrial Zone at the end of 2020, built on 95,000 m² of land with 60,000 m² of indoor space. As of 2021, we have been operating with a monthly production capacity of 1,500 tons of yarn and 3,000 tons of recycled textile fibers.
With our state-of-the-art machinery and quality-focused production approach, we aim to meet the needs of the sector in the best possible way. Raw Material Inspection:
The first step of our production process is to check the compliance of incoming raw materials with our quality standards. At this stage, criteria such as durability, color consistency, and purity are evaluated.
In-Process Control:
During production, periodic inspections are carried out to ensure flawless progress of the products. Modern technologies are used to minimize potential errors that may occur on the production line.
Final Inspection:
Before packaging, our products undergo a final quality control phase. At this stage, details such as measurements, texture, and appearance are checked to ensure that the products fully meet customer expectations.
