Özpancar Yarn successfully carries out recycling-oriented production processes with an environmentally friendly and sustainable manufacturing approach. Waste textile products left over from textile machines are processed in our Şifanoz facility to make them suitable for recycling.

In our facility, waste textile products are separated from foreign materials such as metal and plastic using Mesutronic and Ampeon systems, and then subjected to the shredding process. As a result of the shredding process, these wastes are converted into fiber in our operations.

The recycled fibers obtained are used for yarn production in our modern Open-End facilities. These yarns are delivered to our customers both domestically and internationally, transformed into new textile products, and thus contribute to the circular economy. This process supports environmental sustainability while helping to ensure the efficient use of resources and reduce the impact on nature.
